Duties

• Operate laundry machines and equipment to wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, uniforms, and guest clothing with precision and care
• Sort laundry items by color, fabric type, and cleaning requirements to ensure optimal results
• Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and disinfecting laundry areas to maintain a hygienic workspace
• Handle special cleaning requests including dry cleaning or stain removal procedures as needed
• Monitor inventory levels of laundry supplies and notify management when restocking is necessary
• Follow safety protocols for handling chemicals and operating machinery to prevent accidents or injuries
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff to ensure timely delivery of clean linens and assist with guest requests when appropriate

Qualifications

• Prior experience in laundry services or hotel housekeeping is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates
• Knowledge of laundry techniques including washing, drying, folding, and stain removal processes
• Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment safely and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on cleanliness and quality standards
• Good physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift heavy loads, and perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset to contribute effectively within a fast-paced environment

Pay: From $11.00 per hour
