- Operate commercial washers, dryers, presses, and folding equipment safely and efficiently.
- Sort, wash, dry, fold, and organize hotel linens, towels, bedding, and employee uniforms.
- Process guest laundry requests accurately and within established service timelines.
- Inspect linens and uniforms for stains, damage, or wear and report items requiring repair or replacement.
- Maintain proper inventory levels and organization of linen storage areas.
- Follow established chemical handling and laundry procedures to ensure quality and safety standards.
- Ensure all laundry equipment is clean and functioning properly; report maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry facility at all times.
- Assist Housekeeping and other departments with linen distribution as needed.
- Adhere to Hilton brand standards, hotel policies, and safety regulations.
- Support sustainability initiatives through efficient use of water, energy, and laundry supplies.
- Provide courteous and professional service to guests and team members.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality experience preferred.
- Ability to operate commercial laundry equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of laundry chemicals and safety procedures preferred.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to bend, stoop, reach, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shift.
- Ability to work in a warm and humid environment.
