Law Clerk

Are you a 2nd or 3rd year law student or recently graduated law student awaiting bar results? Curtis Legal Group has an opening for a full-time law clerk to help their busy personal injury practice. Work with attorneys, paralegals and staff helping clients recover compensation for injuries caused by the fault of others.

Duties include:

• Client interviews
• Communicating with insurance adjusters, medical providers, attorneys and experts
• Drafting legal documents such as discovery responses, mediation briefs, petitions and motions
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop successful case handling strategies
