• Manage firm operations, including supervising associates, setting policies, and contributing to profitability goals.

Required Qualifications

• Advanced legal experience (10+ years), with expertise in Omani law and international standards.
• Proven track record in revenue generation and leadership within a Middle Eastern legal context.
• Strong business acumen, ethical standards, and network in Muscat's professional community.
