We are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to support complex legal matters, corporate structuring, regulatory compliance, and client advisory services across multiple sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents
• Advise on cross-border transactions, joint ventures, and corporate structuring
• Ensure compliance with local Oman regulations and international legal standards
• Manage legal risk and provide strategic guidance to internal teams and clients
• Represent the organization in legal discussions, negotiations, and advisory meetings
• Support dispute resolution, litigation coordination, and external counsel management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM or equivalent)
• Minimum 6–10 years of legal experience (corporate/commercial law preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Oman legal framework and GCC regulatory environment
• Experience in contract law, corporate governance, and compliance
• Excellent negotiation, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage
