Los Angeles, CA ( Hybrid ) Full-Time Compensation: $160,000 – $180,000 annually (DOE) + Performance Commission


Shegerian & Associates, one of California’s premier plaintiff-side employment law firms, is seeking a highly skilled Law and Motion Attorney to join our trial team. This is an incredible opportunity to work on the complex briefs, motions, and appeals that drive our record-breaking verdicts.

  • Base Salary: $160,000–$180,000 annually (DOE).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft trial briefs, oppositions, and dispositive motions in complex employment matters.
  • Handle post-trial motions and appellate briefing.
  • Collaborate with trial attorneys to align motions with trial strategy.
  • Conduct cutting-edge legal research to support innovative arguments.
  • Provide strategic input on case development through law and motion work.

Qualifications:

  • J.D. and active membership in the California Bar.
  • Experience in employment law required (plaintiff-side strongly preferred).
  • 3–7+ years of law and motion experience.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Passion for advocacy and advancing employee rights.
