Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Call Center Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential new clients who have responded to our marketing campaigns, with the goal of qualifying their interest and guiding them toward the next steps in our service process.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and demonstrate genuine care and empathy in every interaction. They will be skilled at building rapport, actively listening to client needs, and maintaining control of the conversation to ensure a smooth and productive dialogue. This role requires a balance of professionalism, warmth, and strategic thinking to convert interest into meaningful engagement.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficient in data entry and clerical tasks including document management.
  • Excellent typing skills for effective communication and documentation purposes.
  • Experience with Docusign is a plus.
  • Experience with legal case management software is a plus.
  • Must possess strong interviewing skills to gather necessary information from clients effectively.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
