Compensation:
$65,000 - $85,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
What You'll Do
As our Law Office Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of our firm, keeping operations smooth, our team supported, and clients impressed.
Office Operations

Keep the office running like clockwork

Maintain calendars, files, and records
-
Manage supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Financial Support
-
Client billing, invoicing, collections, and expense tracking
-
Help manage budgets and timekeeping
-
Manage all day-to-day bookkeeping operations
-
Track the replenishing retainers and managing trust account budgets
-
Perform monthly reconciliations and produce timely, accurate financial reports
-
Assist in budget development, cash flow tracking, and financial forecasting

Provide financial data support to attorneys

Ensure all processes adhere to regulatory and ethical accounting standards
Team Leadership

Supervise and mentor administrative staff

Coordinate onboarding and training
-
Manage schedules and uphold office policies
Tech & Compliance

Oversee legal software and IT tools (experience with MyCase is a plus!)

Ensure data security and compliance with regulations
Client Experience

Oversee front desk operations and client intake
-
Maintain a warm, professional, and confidential environment
Qualifications:-
2+ years of Bookkeeping experience, ideally in a law firm or professional services setting

3+ years of office management experience (legal field a plus)

Stellar communication and leadership skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal management software

Ability to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and lead with confidence
