Duties

• Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to apply lawn care products accurately across various properties
• Mix and prepare lawn treatments according to manufacturer specifications and safety guidelines
• Conduct site assessments to determine the appropriate application techniques and product types for each lawn
• Drive company vehicles to different job sites, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to traffic laws
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients about service procedures, product usage, and safety precautions
• Follow all environmental regulations and safety protocols during application processes to protect the community and ecosystems

Requirements

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or farming is highly desirable
• Knowledge of pest control methods, fertilizers, and lawn treatment products
• Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and driving company vehicles safely
• Strong understanding of land management practices and environmental safety standards
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow precise instructions for chemical applications
• Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience with farm machinery is a plus
