Join our landscaping team as a Lawn Care Crew Member and be a part of transforming outdoor spaces into beautiful, functional environments! In this full time role, you will work outdoors in all weather conditions, utilizing your mechanical knowledge and landscaping skills to maintain and enhance lawns and hardscape features.

Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and excavators to perform routine lawn care and landscape maintenance tasks
• Mow lawns, prune shrubs to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal
• Conduct landscape enhancements including planting flowers, shrubs, and trees and maintaining garden beds
• Maintain equipment through regular cleaning, inspections, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance

Experience

• Basic mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
• Prior experience in lawn care, gardening or landscape maintenance is preferred but not required; on-the-job training will be provided
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators or snow plows is advantageous
• Knowledge of horticulture principles including plant care, pruning techniques, and soil management is a plus
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards
• Strong work ethic with a proactive attitude towards learning new skills in landscaping and construction projects
• Excellent teamwork skills

Requirement: Valid Driver's License
