Responsibilities

• Assist with lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and general turf maintenance using power tools and hand tools.
• Support landscape installation projects including planting, hardscape construction, and irrigation setup.
• Operate equipment such as excavators, snow plows, and tree care tools safely and efficiently.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks like pruning trees and shrubs, tree trimming, and garden bed care.
• Maintain equipment including cleaning, basic repairs, and routine inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with team members to execute projects on schedule while adhering to safety standards.
• Support snow plowing operations during winter months to ensure safe access for clients and community areas.

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or outdoor maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
• Mechanical knowledge or familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment is highly advantageous.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and landscape design enhances your ability to contribute effectively.
• Experience operating heavy machinery such as excavators or snow plows is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong work ethic with the ability to follow instructions carefully and work efficiently in outdoor environments.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
