Schedule

Monday through Friday full-time

Occasional mandatory Saturday work during peak season

Consistent, year-round employment

About the Role

This is professional lawn treatment service, NOT mowing or landscaping.

Technicians run structured routes, service residential and commercial properties, communicate with customers, and represent the company professionally. This is an independent, outdoor role requiring reliability, accountability, and strong work ethic.

What This Job Requires

Working outdoors in heat, humidity, and changing weather

Managing a full daily route independently

Strong attendance and punctuality

Professional customer interaction

Meeting clear production and quality standards

Key Responsibilities

Apply lawn treatments using ride-on and spray equipment

Complete routes efficiently and professionally

Communicate with customers and answer basic questions

Recommend services when appropriate (commission available)

Maintain equipment and vehicle standards

Meet daily production and quality expectations

Requirements

Age 21+ (insurance requirement)

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Ability to lift 50+ lbs

Comfortable working outdoors year-round

Reliable transportation to and from work

Strong attendance and work ethic

Professional, respectful demeanor

Must pass background check and drug screening.
