Lawn Care Specialist

Ready to dig into a rewarding career in lawn care? Join us at LANDMARK as a Lawn Care Specialist servicing properties in the greater Cedar Rapids/ Iowa City area!

We are looking for an individual to join our lawn care crew 3-days a week, typically Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be 18 yrs or older
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Good physical endurance the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• One year experience in lawn care maintenance preferred, but not required

***Starting wage will be based on skills and relevant prior experience***

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, mulching, etc
• Advise clients on proper lawn care practices
• Operate and maintain lawn care equipment
• Travel + transport equipment to client locations throughout the Cedar Rapids/Iowa City area
