Lawn Care Technician

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Technician to join our dynamic landscaping team. Duties

• Mow lawns using power mowers and hand tools to ensure a clean, even appearance.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, trimming, pruning, and planting to keep outdoor areas healthy and attractive.
• Operate and maintain equipment including excavators, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently.
• Install irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper watering of landscapes.
• Carry out tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and planting to promote healthy growth.
• Assist with hardscape projects like installing pathways, patios, or retaining walls using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Conduct seasonal tasks such as snow plowing or removal to maintain accessibility during winter months.

Requirements

• Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and experience with lawn care equipment and hand tools.
• Prior experience in landscape maintenance or gardening preferred but not required; training provided for the right candidate.
• Ability to operate power tools, excavators, and other landscaping machinery safely.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles, tree care practices, and irrigation systems is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward maintenance tasks.

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
