Lawn Care Technician

We’re looking for great people to provide lawn care to our customers in the Fredericksburg VA area! Sorensen Outdoor Services is a growing family owned small business that is looking for passionate individuals ready take their career to the next level.

Whether you're experienced in the industry or just have a strong work ethic and a love for the outdoors, we'll provide the training and support you need to thrive.

What You'll Do:

• Represent Sorensen Outdoor Services with honesty, integrity, and pride
• Provide professional lawn care services (fertilization, weed control, aeration, etc.)
• Deliver top-notch customer service with a friendly, solutions-focused approach
• Work both independently and as part of a strong, supportive team
• Maintain a clean, professional appearance on the job
• Operate equipment safely and effectively in various weather conditions
• Lift/carry up to 50 lbs and work 8–10 hour shifts outdoors

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (must-have)
• Strong communication skills (oral and written)
• Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities
• A commitment to quality, professionalism, and teamwork
