Lawn Care Worker

Daily Preparation

• Receive brief for the day
• Ensure proper uniform is on and all personal safety equipment is accessible for the day
• Load all necessary equipment for that days service on trailer according to crew leader

Labor Tasks

• Primary mower/blower/edger for all lawn maintenance services
• Receive task at arrival of service from crew leader
• Ensure all debris is removed from property prior to mowing
• Sticks, trash, bricks, rocks, sprinklers, hoses, dog toys, dog poop (if service provided)
• Ensure all equipment is loaded after each service
• Make sure all equipment is secured
• End of day maintenance

General Information

• Ensure team is safely/properly using equipment throughout day
• Watch surroundings while performing tasks
• Cars, people, animals, etc.
• If client has a concern, direct them to the Crew Leader
• Ask crew leader questions if there is any confusion
• Report any issues to the Crew Leader
• Equipment malfunction/general operation inconsistencies
