Lawn Care Worker

Job Title: Lawn Care / Landscaping Crew Member (Full-Time / Part-Time)

We are currently hiring full-time and part-time positions for motivated individuals to join our lawn care and landscaping team.

Schedule:

Monday – Thursday and some Fridays for landscaping and catch up days.

Requirements (MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE):

Prior experience in lawn care/landscaping

• Ability to operate a zero-turn mower and walk-behind mower
• Experience with edging and weed eating (required) to start you must know how to do.
• Knowledge of striping techniques and equipment operation is a plus
• Must be drug-free
• Valid driver’s license is a plus

Compensation:

Hourly pay ranges from $13 – $17, depending on experience

• Paid by check
• W-2 provided at the end of the year

Responsibilities

• Perform regular lawn care services including mowing, edging, fertilizing, and aerating lawns.
• Conduct landscape maintenance tasks such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees while ensuring proper care and upkeep.

Requirements

• Previous experience in lawn care or landscape maintenance is preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge for operating various landscaping tools and equipment.
• Ability to perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Knowledge of gardening practices including plant care, pest management, and soil health is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
