Lawn Care Worker

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Responsibilities

• Mow lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, or other power tools to achieve a clean, uniform appearance.
• Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with hand tools or power equipment such as trimmers and shears.
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including edging, pruning, planting, and mulching to enhance curb appeal.
• Operate heavy machinery like excavators or skid steers for hardscape installation or land grading projects.
• Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing leaks, and adjusting sprinkler heads to ensure proper watering.
• Conduct snow plowing operations during winter months to keep pathways and driveways clear and safe.
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently for various gardening and construction tasks.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with lawn care equipment and hand tools.
• Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, or related outdoor work preferred.
• Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant care practices.
• Ability to operate power tools such as trimmers, blowers, and lawnmowers safely.
• Prior experience with tree care, trimming, or pruning is a plus.
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
