We are seeking a skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the appearance of lawns, gardens, and landscapes.

Duties:
- Use power tools and hand tools to mow, edge, trim, prune, and fertilize lawns and gardens
- Perform tree care including pruning, trimming, and removal as needed
- Maintain grounds by removing debris, planting flowers or shrubs, and performing other landscaping duties as needed
- Communicate with clients to understand their lawn care needs and preferences
- Keep equipment in good condition by cleaning and performing routine maintenance

Requirements:
- Previous experience in lawn care or landscaping preferred
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in lawn care and landscaping
- Ability to operate equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills to interact with clients
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
