A1 Lawn & Landscape is looking for a Lawn and Landscape Tech who shows up on time, works hard, follows direction, takes care of equipment, and wants to learn the trade the right way.

This is not a sit around job. It is physical, outdoor work in the East Texas weather. But for the right person, it is steady work with a company that values quality, respect, teamwork, and growth.

What you will do

· Complete lawn maintenance and landscape work assigned by the Operations Manager or Crew Leader

· Mow, edge, trim, weed, clean up and help with landscape projects

· Work efficiently while keeping quality and pride in the finished result

· Use tools, equipment and machinery safely and keep them in good working order

· Report broken tools, damaged equipment, accidents or job concerns immediately

· Clock in and out correctly using the Connect Team app

· Communicate clearly with crew leaders, office staff, teammates and clients

· Help create a positive team environment and contribute in team meetings when needed

You will be a strong fit if you

· Show up on time and take attendance seriously

· Can handle hard physical outdoor work in hot weather

· Take pride in clean, detailed, high quality work

· Follow instructions the first time and ask questions when something is unclear

· Are motivated, focused, solution minded and willing to learn

· Can work well with a crew and treat customers with respect

· Have experience with residential or commercial lawn maintenance

· Have a current Texas driver license

· Can pass a basic background check

· You are often late or call out without proper communication

· You do not like physical outdoor work

· You cannot take direction from a Crew Leader or Operations Manager

· You are careless with tools, trucks or equipment

· You are only looking for a paycheck and not a craft you can improve at

Work details

· Typical hours are 7 AM to 5 PM

· Some work may happen outside standard hours when the job requires it

· Overtime applies to hours over the weekly overtime threshold

· Time off requires a minimum of two weeks notice to your Crew Leader

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
