Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a crew responsible for landscape maintenance, lawn care, gardening, and horticulture tasks.
• Coordinate daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure timely project completion.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment and tools for your crew.
• Assist with specialized services such as irrigation system installation and repair, tree care, or construction projects when needed.
• Promote safety protocols among team members and ensure compliance with all safety regulations.
• Provide training and mentorship to crew members to develop their skills in landscaping, horticulture, and maintenance techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscape maintenance, landscaping, lawn care, or gardening.
• Supervising or leadership experience in outdoor maintenance or construction environments.
• Strong knowledge of horticulture practices, irrigation systems, tree care, and general landscaping techniques.
• Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication skills to motivate team members and coordinate with clients.
• Demonstrated leadership qualities with a focus on safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork.

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
