Lawn Technician

RedLeaf Landscaping is a small yet growing landscaping company based in Londonderry, NH. We specialize in professional lawn care, landscape installations, and seasonal property maintenance. We are looking for a motivated Lawn Care Technician who takes pride in quality work and wants to grow with a company that values reliability and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform weekly lawn maintenance including mowing, trimming, and blowing
• Assist with spring and fall cleanups
• Install mulch and maintain landscape beds
• Operate brand new commercial landscaping equipment such as stand-on and zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Assist with other landscaping projects as needed

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and ability to work with a team

Preferred (Not Required)

• Previous lawn care or landscaping experience
• Experience operating commercial mowing equipment
• Trailer driving experience

Compensation

• $20–$25 per hour depending on experience
• Opportunities for raises based on performance
• Consistent weekly hours during the season

Schedule

• Monday – Friday
• Occasional Saturdays depending on workload
• Typical workday: 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
