Duties

• Operate hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery to perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, fertilizing, aerating, and other landscaping tasks
• Conduct pest control treatments to protect lawns from insects and diseases
• Use driving skills to navigate between job sites safely and efficiently in company vehicles
• Assist with planting, watering, fertilizing, and soil preparation to promote healthy growth
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and performing routine repairs to ensure optimal performance
• Follow safety protocols during all operations to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with environmental regulations
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and meet client expectations

Experience

• Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is highly preferred
• Familiarity with the use of hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners and power tools like trimmers and blowers
• Ability to operate farm machinery including mowers, tractors or similar equipment is a plus
• Knowledge of pest control methods relevant to turf management is advantageous
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for safe transportation between sites
• Strong physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy equipment or materials for extended periods
• Willingness to learn new techniques in lawn care and landscaping practices

Pay: $23.40 - $28.18 per hour
