Lawn Technician

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team and provide high-quality lawn care and landscaping services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work, possess relevant skills in agriculture and land management, and be committed to maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns for our clients. This role involves operating various tools and machinery, applying pest control methods, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform lawn fertilizing and weed control to ensure optimal turf health.
• Apply pest control treatments safely and effectively to protect lawns from pests and diseases.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery such as z sprays, blowers, and sprayers.
• Drive company vehicles to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols.
• Assist with planting, aeration, overseeding, and other agricultural activities as needed.
• Maintain equipment by cleaning, inspecting, and performing basic repairs or reporting issues promptly.
• Interact with clients professionally to assess their needs and provide recommendations for ongoing lawn care solutions.

Skills

• Experience or knowledge in lawn care, landscaping, agriculture, or farming is preferred.
• Familiarity with pest control methods and products.
• Strong driving skills with a valid driver’s license; clean driving record preferred.
• Knowledge of land management practices and sustainable lawn maintenance techniques.
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
• Good communication skills for interacting with clients and team members.
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently when handling chemicals or operating machinery. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
