Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Lawn/Shrub/Weed control/Maintenance to join our team in 3 of our facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient Lawn/Shrub/Weed control/Maintenance.

Responsibilities:-

- Email or text daily before & after pics of Lawn/Shrub/Weed control/Maintenance.

- Load and unload mower, weed whacker, loping sheers, etc from your vehicle, using hand tools and power tools as necessary.
- Must have your own mower, weed whacker, loping shears, hedge trimmers, vehicle, etc.
- Ask for quality checks on each site to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Maintain each property as needed, using a variety of materials and tools.
- Work alone to maintain the properties and ensure timely production.
- Keep the properties clean and organized, ensuring that all your tools and equipment are properly stored.
- Drive your vehicle to transport your tools to each site.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment by adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements:

- Experience working Lawn/Shrub/Weed control/Maintenance.
- Strong mechanical knowledge, including the ability to operate power tools and hand tools.
- Ability to maintain your own tools.
- Proficiency in operating tools.
- Experience and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work alone and maintain a positive attitude.
- Physical stamina to perform the duties of the job.

- Ocassional haulaway, ocassionally dig out roots of desert broom
- Hand tools

Pay is commensurate with results you create.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.15 - $20.00 per hour
