Tinelli Fernandez is a boutique Plaintiff law firm that takes an aggressive approach to litigate insurance disputes with property insurance companies. We practice throughout the State of Florida and in state, federal and appellate courts. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of litigation experience. This position requires a detail oriented attorney who will run their cases from start to finish. All attorneys with the Firm are responsible for the management of the daily activities associated with litigation. Candidates must have strong writing skills to be able to draft pleadings and motions. The ability to effectively argue is a necessity as all our attorneys regularly attend proceedings, including hearings, mediation, depositions, etc.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to The Florida Bar.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
• Excellent research abilities with proficiency in legal research databases like Westlaw.
• Exceptional writing skills with experience in legal drafting and documentation.
• Previous legal administrative experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while managing individual caseloads effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
