- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with hotels, airlines, suppliers, and clients.
- Ensure all company activities comply with local, international, and tourism-related regulations.
- Provide legal advice to senior management on operational, commercial, and corporate matters.
- Handle and resolve legal disputes, claims, and litigation cases as needed.
- Liaise with governmental bodies to obtain and renew necessary licenses and legal permits.
- Manage insurance files and legal liabilities related to tours and travel programs.
- Prepare legal memorandums, reports, and updates on new legislation affecting the tourism sector.
- Support HR, Procurement, and Business Development departments with contract and labor law matters.
- Negotiate and draft agreements in English and French with international partners.
