Represent the company before judicial, administrative, and other official authorities,
Conduct the litigation and mediation processes in which the company is a party,
Initiate and finalize enforcement proceedings regarding receivables,
Prepare, review, and negotiate dealership, procurement, and service agreements,
Provide legal consultancy to internal departments,
Ensure coordination with external attorneys regarding outsourced legal services and manage report procurement processes,
Follow compliance processes related to Competition Law and Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK), and ensure communication and coordination with the consulting firm,
Prepare Board of Directors and General Assembly resolutions, conduct and coordinate trade registry procedures.
Qualifications
Graduated from the Faculty of Law and registered with the Bar Association,
1–3 years of practical experience at a Law Firm or as an in-house lawyer (preferably with experience in the automotive sector),
Experience in Consumer Law, Enforcement Law, Corporate Law, and Labor Law,
Experience in court hearings,
Proficient in using UYAP applications,
Sufficient English proficiency to effectively participate in meetings conducted in English,
Class B driver’s license, and with no travel restrictions,
