About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Lawyer with UAE experience to provide legal support across corporate, commercial, and labor matters. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UAE laws, government authorities, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide legal advice in line with UAE federal and local laws.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements.
• Represent the company before UAE courts and government authorities.
• Handle corporate, commercial, and labor law matters.
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulatory requirements (DED, MOJ, Free Zones, AML/KYC).

Requirements:

• 2–5 years of UAE legal experience (corporate/commercial/litigation).
• Licensed to practice law in the UAE or eligible for UAE license.
• LLB required; LLM preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Pay: AED71,622.82 - AED86,255.44 per year
