Layout Designer

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented Layout Designer + Sales Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team. The role combines gym/facility layout design and sales coordination, offering a dynamic mix of creative and client-facing responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, creative, and capable of handling both design and sales functions effectively.

Job Duties:

 Gym Layout & Space Planning: Design functional gym layouts including cardio,

strength, and group areas.

 Equipment Planning: Select and place fitness equipment for safety, efficiency, and

optimal flow.

 Design & Branding: Create visually appealing spaces reflecting the gym’s brand

identity.

 Client Experience: Enhance member experience through smart, user-friendly design.

 Technical Work: Prepare 2D/3D designs, models, and walkthroughs using AutoCAD,

SolidWorks, or similar software.

 Project & Budget Management: Coordinate with clients and contractors to deliver

projects on time and within budget.

 Sales & Client Coordination: Assist sales activities with proposals, quotations,

presentations, and follow-ups.

 Communication: Serve as a client point of contact, understanding requirements and

ensuring satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

 Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).

 Proficient in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and 3D layout design.

 Knowledge of gym equipment and fitness principles.

 Strong client coordination, sales support, and proposal preparation skills.

 Excellent communication, presentation, and multitasking abilities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
