About the Role
We are seeking a highly talented and imaginative Lead 3D Designer with a strong command of print, packaging, 3D, and digital design. This role involves leading end-to-end design projects, transforming concepts into visually striking and high-quality outputs across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design innovative and engaging assets for print, packaging, 3D, and digital media
• Create high-quality 3D models and renders for packaging and display solutions
• Lead design initiatives and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
• Maintain brand consistency and deliver production-ready designs

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant professional design experience
• Prior experience in a senior or lead design role
• A strong, diverse portfolio (mandatory) showcasing print, packaging, 3D, and digital work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Blender or similar 3D software
• Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling
