Required SKills:

  • Hands-on experience in configuring and working on issue Avaya CM/SMGR/SM/SBC solutions.
  • Able to stand up CM/SMGR/SM/SBC servers, working on the customer.
  • Need to support the issue with Avaya one-x agent and Avaya one-x communicator.
  • Understanding of end-to-end SIP protocols.
  • Understanding of Certificates (Private and Public Certs) along with installation of certificates on UC solution.
  • Ability to integrate UC solutions – CM/SM/SBC along with other adjuncts.
  • Well versed with Linux commands.
  • Working knowledge on Service Now and well versed with change management process.
Mandatory Skills: Network Voice Admin .

Experience: 8-10 Years .

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
