Lead AI Engineer

Job description:

We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer who is passionate about building cutting-edge AI and Machine Learning solutions. This role involves working with advanced technologies like NLP, Generative AI (GenAI), Large Language Models (LLMs), LangChain, GCP, Python, and Computer Vision to develop and deliver impactful AI-driven applications for clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML models and pipelines.
• Work on NLP, GenAI, LLMs, LangChain, and Computer Vision projects.
• Collaborate with data scientists, developers, and product teams to implement innovative solutions.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and accuracy.
• Integrate AI models into real-world applications and client systems.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in AI, ML, and data science to enhance solution quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of professional experience in AI/ML development.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, LangChain, and GCP (Google Cloud Platform).
• Strong understanding of data preprocessing, model training, and deployment.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
