The Opportunity

The Growth Marketing & Insights (GMI) organization at Adobe provides objective customer research, marketing analysis, and measurement to advance Adobe’s business objectives. GMI's Applied Analytics team drives progress for Adobe’s Creative Cloud through marketing analysis and decision science.

We drive marketing & business strategy for Creative Cloud, aligning Digital Media (DMe) with Growth Marketing Operations (GMO). You will work closely with Lifecycle Marketing (LCM), GTM, Product Marketing (PMM), and Media organizations to enhance marketing strategies and improve overall performance.
What you'll Do
Serve as a strategic partner sitting at the intersection of the business and marketing, ensuring alignment and integration across initiatives.
Lead applied analytics initiatives passionate about paid media optimization and marketing strategy for the Creative Cloud segment.
Distill and synthesize qualitative and quantitative data (1st and 3rd party) to build actionable marketing models and customer intelligence.
Collaborate cross-functionally with LCM, GTM, PMM, and Media teams to align on strategy, marketing goals, audience segmentation, and performance metrics.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies for identifying growth opportunities and improving return on investment across paid media and other marketing channels.
Develop benchmark and metric structure, allowing for weekly performance analysis and quarterly planning.
Guide the development of learning agendas to facilitate action and accountability across marketing and sales organizations.
Solve complex analytical and quantitative problems, conduct research, develop hypotheses, and synthesize recommendations.
Clearly communicate findings and recommendations, presenting complex concepts and data to diverse audiences. What you need to succeed
10+ years of experience in marketing analytics, preferably in a B2B or paid media environment.
Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
Deep domain expertise in marketing strategy, paid media, and measurement approaches.
Ability to translate asks from marketing partners into technical requirements and drive cross-functional projects.
Expertise in SQL, Advanced Excel, and data-driven storytelling.
Early adopter of AI technologies in predictive, prescriptive, and descriptive analytics.
Outstanding collaborator involvement, demonstrating a proven history of guiding measurement strategy and analysis with senior leadership.
Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $128,600 -- $234,200 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the job location during the hiring process.

At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award.
