Position Title : Lead Animator - Architectural Visualization

Job Description:

We are looking for a Lead Animator to join our team and create large-scale architectural visuals and animations to support the marketing efforts of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in 3D visualization, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to produce high-quality renderings and animations that effectively showcase the design and features of our projects.

Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D renderings and animations of architectural projects, including both exterior and interior spaces, at a large scale.
• Model buildings, landscapes, and other elements using 3D software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, or SketchUp.
• Apply materials, textures, and lighting to accurately represent the design vision and convey the desired atmosphere.
• Set up cameras and compose scenes to highlight key features and perspectives that will resonate with the target audience.
• Produce high-resolution still images, panoramas, and virtual tours for use in print collateral, websites, social media, and presentations.
• Develop animated fly-throughs, walkthroughs, and cinematic sequences to engage viewers and provide an immersive experience of the architectural space.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and multimedia specialists to integrate 3D visuals into marketing materials and campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality and realism of our visualizations.
• Continuously refine and iterate on visualizations based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals and expectations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Computer Graphics, or related field or Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role, preferably in the architectural visualization or marketing industry.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Blender, V-Ray, or similar. Highest proficiency is expected in 3Ds Max.
• Strong understanding of architectural principles, scale, proportion, and composition.
• Excellent skills in texturing, lighting, and shading to achieve realistic and aesthetically pleasing results.
• Experience with animation techniques and storytelling principles to create compelling visual narratives.
• Knowledge of post-production techniques and software such as Adobe Photoshop or After Effects etc.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design concepts visually and verbally.
• Portfolio showcasing a range of architectural visualizations and animations, demonstrating technical proficiency and creative excellence.
