Job Title: Lead Architect

Location: Qatar
Experience: 12+ Years
Industry: Building Construction / Facility Renovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design of building and facility renovation projects from concept to completion.
• Supervise and mentor a team of architects, designers, and CAD/BIM technicians.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers (structural, MEP), and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review and approve drawings, plans, material specifications, and design documentation.
• Ensure compliance with local codes, building regulations, and project specifications.
• Participate in site visits to resolve design-related issues and support construction teams.
• Oversee quality control and ensure design intent is accurately implemented on site.
• Prepare and present design proposals, reports, and project documentation for clients and stakeholders.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
• Minimum 12+ years of experience in building or facility renovation projects
• Strong experience in design, documentation, and construction coordination
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and authority approvals
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under tight deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in facility management renovation projects
• Arabic-speaking candidates preferred (for local coordination)
• Strong design visualization and presentation skills
