Lead Barista

The Head Barista is the technical and operational lead of the coffee and beverage programme across RAMR Group’s outlets. This role is responsible for delivering an exceptional and consistent coffee experience to every guest — setting and upholding the group’s beverage standards, developing the coffee menu, training and managing the barista team, and ensuring the bar operates efficiently, hygienically, and to the highest level of craft.

Experience

• 4–7 years of professional barista experience, with a minimum of 1–2 years in a lead or head barista.

• Strong knowledge of coffee origins, processing methods, roast profiles, and brewing variables.

• Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays in line with outlet operating requirements.
