Lead Bartender

About the role

Le Club is Partage's intimate Champagne bar in the heart of Las Vegas — a space where French elegance meets modern luxury and every guest arrives ready to celebrate something. As Lead Bartender, you'll be the central figure behind the bar: setting the tone, mentoring the team, managing champagne and spirits inventory and crafting an experience as refined as the bottles you pour. This role calls for someone who leads quietly but unmistakably — through taste, precision, and genuine hospitality.

What you'll do

• Lead bar operations and set the standard for service and presentation
• Craft and serve Champagne, classic cocktails, and specialty pours with consistency
• Guide guests through our selections with confidence and warmth
• Mentor and support junior team members during service
• Maintain a flawless, fully stocked, and organized bar environment
• Oversee inventory, manage par levels, and assist with ordering
• Collaborate seamlessly with the front-of-house team
• Uphold Le Club's standards of elegance in every detail

What we're looking for

• Bartending experience required; fine dining or upscale lounge preferred
• Prior lead, senior, or bar supervisor experience is a strong plus
• Solid knowledge of Champagne, wine, and classic cocktails
• Natural ability to guide and elevate those around you
• Composed and professional under pressure
• Exceptional communication and guest relations skills
• Polished appearance and a team-first mindset

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
