Your Role as the Lead Bartender at Fava

As a bartender at Fava, you'll craft more than just cocktails; you'll create an atmosphere of warmth and connection. Your mastery of mixology, combined with your friendly demeanor, will make our bar a memorable haven for guests. Your ability to suggest pairings, share stories, and curate unique bar experiences combined with your detailed knowledge will elevate our guests' time with us beyond the ordinary. The Lead Bartender assists management with product inventory and ordering, scheduling and developing seasonal specialty cocktail menus.

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per week
