Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a complex menu of signature and classic cocktails with technical precision.
  • Maintain an immaculate bar environment and manage high-end inventory.
  • Provide insightful recommendations on spirits, craft beers, and the Reserve wine list.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on seasonal beverage infusions and garnishes.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume, upscale mixology.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of spirits, bitters, and classic cocktail history.
  • Expertise in speed, accuracy, and guest relationship management.
  • Train staff on drink pairings and new options
  • Experience with Toast POS

Pay: From $12.00 per hour
