Lead - BIM

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage BIM execution across all project stages.
• Develop, review, and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP).
• Coordinate multidisciplinary BIM models (Architecture, Structure, MEP).
• Conduct clash detection, quality checks, and model reviews.
• Manage team workflows, file structures, and version control.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams for BIM coordination.
• Provide guidance, training, and technical support to BIM modelers.
• Ensure project deliverables meet required BIM and company standards.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering or Architecture.
• 3–6 years of experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
• Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360.
• Knowledge of BIM standards (ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.).
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience leading BIM on large-scale or international projects.
• Familiarity with Dynamo, AutoCAD, and cloud-based collaboration tools.
