Job Title: Lead Business Analyst

Work Location: New York, NY

Work Mode: Onsite

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Lead Business Analyst to drive requirements gathering and solution design for a largescale website migration project.
This role will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams ensuring that user needs content structures and platform capabilities are clearly defined and aligned.
The Lead BA will be responsible for documenting functional and nonfunctional requirements designing features prioritizing work items testing features leading User Acceptance Testing and training users.
They will also manage the Senior Business Analyst including assigning work setting priorities and answering questions.
The ideal candidate will have experience with content management systems and enterprise level migrations along with strong communication and facilitation skills to guide cross-functional collaboration

Benefits
Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
