Lead Business Analyst

Familiarity With The Following Tools – Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps/JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite

Robust Requirement Gathering & Documentation Skills – Ability to clearly articulate business needs, draft detailed process/data flows, write user stories/use cases, and validate requirements

Deep Technical Understanding – Experience with APIs, system integrations, data flows, and workflow mapping

Strong Stakeholder Management – Ability to navigate conflicting requirements and prioritize effectively

Problem-Solving Mindset – Ability to proactively identify gaps and propose solutions

Effective Communication & Collaboration – Comfortable bridging the gap between business and technical teams

Basic Scripting Knowledge – Ability to write simple scripts SQL to analyze and manipulate data

Domain-Specific Knowledge – Understanding of healthcare, finance, or supply chain industries to align business needs with technical solutions

Testing & Quality Assurance Knowledge – Familiarity

with test case design, UAT coordination, and automated testing frameworks

Experience in Healthcare: Need to have experience working on healthcare projects, understand healthcare regulations, and be familiar with healthcare IT systems.

Understanding of Security & Compliance – Awareness of HIPAA, SOC2, GDPR, or other industry standards affecting system design and data handling
