We are seeking a Lead Business Analyst with extensive experience in agile frameworks and stakeholder collaboration.
You will play a key role in translating client requirements into technical solutions and guiding projects to successful completion. Responsibilities

List business requirements and convert them into user stories with detailed information for the development team

Develop comprehensive functional requirements and prioritize user stories for backlog grooming and sprint planning

Engage with clients and business stakeholders to elicit requirements and propose functional solutions

Support acceptance testing and obtain client approval while managing conflicts

Facilitate estimation sessions using various techniques and explain requirements for sprint and release planning
-
Ensure transparency of release timelines, features, and scope to product owners and development managers by creating and maintaining documentation
-
Manage continuous scope changes by applying prioritization techniques considering business and technical needs

Document requirements thoroughly using tools such as Word, Excel, Confluence, or TFS
-
Oversee partner user acceptance testing and review quality assurance artifacts
-
Coordinate across multiple teams and functions to maintain alignment

Communicate clearly about requirement ambiguities, dependencies, scope challenges, and rephrase discussion points to confirm mutual understanding

Operate as a trusted advisor to clients and business partners throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
-
Extensive experience of 9 to 15 years in Business Analysis

Proven background in SDLC across agile frameworks, including SCRUM, Kanban, and SAFe
-
Experience serving as liaison between development teams and business partners

Direct experience working with clients and stakeholders on requirements elicitation and solution design

Familiarity with estimation techniques and guiding teams in collecting sprint and release estimates

Capability to ensure transparency of project timelines and deliverables using documentation and Confluence references
-
Skills in managing scope changes using prioritization methods
-
Competency in maintaining detailed requirement documentation such as BRD, FSD, FRD, and SRS
-
Experience handling partner user acceptance testing and reviewing QA deliverables
-
Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and functions
-
Strong communication skills to clarify requirement ambiguities and manage dependencies
-
Experience in leading business domains such as banking, financial services, insurance, healthcare, supply chain, or e-commerce

English proficiency at an advanced level
