We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Lead Business Analyst with expertise in Corporate Actions to join our team. Responsibilities

Gather and analyze requirements through interviews, workshops, business process reviews and evaluation of diverse information sources

Document Business Requirements, Functional Requirements, Use Cases, Scenarios, and Interface requirements

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and expected deliverables, ensuring alignment with business needs

Participate in the design of solutions while balancing long-term sustainability with immediate project requirements

Manage stakeholder needs effectively, resolve conflicts, and drive consensus with strong communication skills
-
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify underlying business needs beyond initial user requests

Work closely with multi-national, distributed teams to ensure project alignment and timely delivery

Design software test cases, apply testing methodologies, and efficiently document and troubleshoot errors

Leverage expertise in Corporate Actions to guide solution design and support functional requirements

Use tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration
-
Support Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe to ensure streamlined project execution

Perform SQL scripting to independently analyze and manipulate data relevant to project objectives
Requirements
-
10+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, and Stakeholder Management in capital markets or investment banking
-
Knowledge of Corporate Actions with a strong understanding of underlying processes, systems, and risks

Expertise in documenting user scenarios, functional requirements, and business rules

Skills in software testing design, methodologies, and documentation with troubleshooting proficiency

Experience with tools like Jira, GitLab, and Confluence for project and documentation workflows

Background in Agile methodologies, ideally Scrum or SAFe
-
Proficiency in SQL scripting and analysis for working on datasets independently
-
Background in working with geographically dispersed and multi-national teams

Strong interpersonal and communication skills for stakeholder engagement and presenting

Flexibility to evaluate and adopt new technologies, reuse strategic platforms, and make forward-looking decisions

English level – B2 or higher, both spoken and written
