Position Highlights

We are looking for enthusiastic educators who are passionate about early childhood development. As a key part of our team, you'll help create a nurturing, inspiring space for young learners to grow—emotionally, socially, and intellectually.

What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment
• Design and lead age-appropriate learning activities and play experiences
• Supervise children during meals, naps, and free play
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting learning space
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and team members
• Communicate openly with parents about their child’s development
• Ensure the health, safety, and overall well-being of every child in your care

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education—or equivalent per state licensing requirements
• Solid understanding of child development and learning strategies
• Classroom management skills with a calm, positive approach
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Warm, patient, and passionate about working with young children
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain active throughout the day
