Lead Concierge

Our client is a premium, concierge service delivering high-touch lifestyle support across hospitality, travel, wellness, luxury retail, and curated experiences. The service blends intelligent digital tools with exceptional human expertise, catering to a discerning, high-net-worth audience.


As part of its regional expansion, our client is launching a dedicated operation in Kuwait, designed to reflect both global best-in-class concierge standards and the cultural expectations of the GCC luxury market.



Requirements & Qualifications


  1. Senior Leadership Experience
  2. 7+ years in senior leadership roles within concierge services, private client services, luxury hospitality, premium partnerships, or adjacent high-end service environments, with responsibility for commercial and operational outcomes.
  3. Strong Local Network & Market Credibility
  4. Well-established relationships across Kuwait’s luxury, hospitality, retail, wellness, and business ecosystem, with the ability to open doors, negotiate preferential partnerships, and represent a premium service at senior levels.
  5. Strategic & Commercial Acumen
  6. Demonstrated ability to build and scale a market operation, define growth strategy, manage P&L or revenue performance, and balance long-term vision with operational discipline.
  7. Cultural Fluency & Communication Skills
  8. Fluency in Arabic and English, with deep understanding of Kuwaiti cultural norms, service etiquette, discretion, and expectations within a luxury lifestyle context.
  9. Executive Presence & Leadership Style
  10. Confident, credible, and composed senior leader with the gravitas to act as in-market representative, manage VIP escalations, lead high-performing teams, and uphold exceptional service standards.
