YOUR IMPACT:
OpenText provides cloud environment for addressing the B2Bi and MFT needs of various customers from different geos and business domains. Customers can choose the OpenText Managed Service cloud with public, private or hybrid models of deployments Analyst team would be responsible for the analysis of various B2B implementation requests. Team will gather and analyze the customer business requirements and design& develop the mapping specification documents – P2P, Canonical etc. Once the specification is created, it will be handed over to the map development team. During the course of the map development and testing, analyst team will provide the necessary support to the development and QA team by clarifying all their questions. Analyst team will validate the map developed, and provide the necessary approvals and submit the same for the end customer approval. Once the customer approved the map, analyst team will coordinate with Integration team to get the maps deployed in the required environments (Pre-Prod / Prod).

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS:
  • The Lead Consultant plays a pivotal role in guiding new and upgrading customers through the full project lifecycle—from initial analysis and requirements gathering to solution design, implementation, and go-live support.
  • This role is instrumental in defining and documenting client solutions via the Solution Design Document (SDD), ensuring alignment with business needs and technical capabilities.
  • A key focus is leveraging deep expertise in Peppol standards and protocols to support e-invoicing implementations across B2B, B2G, and B2C environments.
  • The Lead Consultant works closely with Project Managers to resolve technical challenges during testing and deployment phases and ensures a smooth transition to Business-as-Usual (BAU) operations managed by Delivery Managers.
What you Need to Succeed:
  • Act as subject matter expert for OT Active Products.
  • Engage with new clients to capture and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Provide technical leadership in Peppol standards and protocols, including BIS specifications and AS4 messaging.
  • Define and document solution designs using the OT Active Product suite.
  • Build and configure environments to meet solution requirements.
  • Collaborate with implementation teams and clients throughout Solution Implementation (SI) projects.
  • Support Sales and Solutions Consultants with prospective client engagements.
  • Liaise with Product Development and Product Management teams on product issues, compliance, and change requests.
  • Provide guidance to implementation and mapping teams on Active Products (AIC/AO/AC).
Primary Skill set :
  • Deep understanding of B2B/EDI/Supply Chain/ERP systems.
  • Proficient in Peppol BIS specifications and AS4 messaging protocols.
  • Knowledge of Peppol Access Point and SMP setup/integration.
  • Familiarity with connectivity protocols (FTP, HTTP, FTPS, SFTP, NDM).
  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Understanding of industry file formats (EDIFACT, ANSI, ISO XML).
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Unique Job Requirements and Characteristics

  • Working knowledge of OT product functionality, configuration, and testing.
  • Familiarity with B2B, B2G, and B2C e-invoicing practices and standards.
  • Understanding implementation processes for OT products.
  • May require occasional international travel and collaboration across time zones.
