Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant, AI Engineer!
We are seeking a highly motivated AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that solve complex business problems. The role involves building intelligent systems, integrating AI models into products, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation..
Responsibilities

Experience with creating xml based standard templates.
Prompt engineering.
Framework with LLMs.
Working with Structured and Unstructured data for integration with LLMs.
Experience with Cloud applications such as AWS.
Basic UI skills.
Python skills.
Familiarity with working with Redshift databases.
Experience in dealing with business operational metrics would be nice to have.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.
Experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
Strong programming skills in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, Hugging Face, etc.).
Experience with data pipelines, feature engineering, and model optimization.
Knowledge of deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
Proficiency in cloud platforms and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with MLOps practices for continuous integration and deployment.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience in LLMs, generative AI, and prompt engineering.
Knowledge of big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Databricks).
Exposure to edge AI, robotics, or autonomous systems.
Contribution to open-source AI projects or published research.
