Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant – MSD365 Field Services
In this role you will be responsible for the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service system. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our CRM system effectively supports our customer relationship management and business processes.

Responsibilities
    Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and implement D365 Field Service solutions tailored to client needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
    Process Optimization: Analyze current field service processes and identify areas for improvement using D365 capabilities to enhance efficiency and productivity.
    Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements, provide expert advice, and deliver customized solutions that meet their objectives.
    Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of D365 Field Service tools.
    Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize D365 analytics to generate insightful reports that help clients make informed decisions and improve service delivery.
    Project Management: Lead project teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of D365 Field Service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
    Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest D365 features and industry trends to continuously enhance service offerings.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
    Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service module.
    Strong understanding of field service operations and best practices.
    Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred but not mandatory.
